Dear Flight Staff,

After many travels world wide, I never imagined having to need the service of an air ambulance. Unfortunately my heart wasn't on the same page; after spending 5 days in what is a very modern and well equipped hospital in San Jose, Costa Rica I knew that getting home and being closer to my kids and grand children was what I really needed.

After much help and assistance from your dispatchers we were on our way to the long journey back home to California. I didn’t need to lift a finger, you folks were able to locate my Cardiologist and get me accepted at my hospital of choice. Your flight nurse and paramedic were a breath of fresh air. Your pilots were so courteous and polite; we had a wonderful time chatting and having what seemed like a picnic on board your airplane. The fine attention to detail all the way down to the catering just goes to show you are an elite operation.

Dear: Dispatchers,

I just had to tell you all how much I appreciate all you did for me and my family last week. From the first phone call, before he even knew if I would use your company; Jerry was on the phone trying to locate my son for me. After many attempts he did find Jac and then connected me to him so I could hear his voice. After that Jerry checked with the Chief Surgeon that had operated on my son to get as accurate a picture as possible of his actual state of health.

When Jerry got off of work he always let me know that I was in good hands and that he could be located if he were needed. Indeed I was in good hands. Louie, Ruben and the rest of the coordinators, every one of you made me confident that I was working with the right people to medevac my son out of Mexico. Every one of you were so calm, kind, patient and encouraging.

Again, a heartfelt thank you for all you did to tame my concern and to get not only my injured son home but his brother and father too. All in one package, all of them were delivered from the hospital to airplane to hospital, all coordinated by you. Please convery my appreciation to the pilots and medical staff as well.

God forbid that I ever need medical air transport again, but if the need should arise you will be the ones that I call. Thank you for bringing a sense of peace to a crisis situation.
