What We Provide:

Aeromedevac air ambulance service is committed to Quality, Service, and Value. We are available 24/7/365 via US and Mexico Toll-Free telephone and the world wide web. Our friendly, bilingual Flight Coordinators manage ground-air-ground, pre-flight stabilization, Physician reporting, and Billing logistics.

We provide:

A highly trained & experienced flight coordinator.
A medical consultation with the patient's current medical team.
All necessary ground ambulance coordination.
Customs and Immigration for international flights.
A full medical report from the Aeromedevac flight team to the accepting physician.
Stong communication to all parties involved as requested.

When local medical care is not available for a critical injury or illness, the patient's health insurance company will often cover the cost of emergency air transports. With proper pre-authorization and documentation, Aeromedevac accepts all major credit cards and will bill the insurance company directly, as a courtesy to the patient.

Air Ambulance:

Aeromedevac, Inc owns and operates a variety of Climate Controlled, Pressurized and Medically Configured Fixed-Wing aircraft that can cover Mexico and the entire continental United States. We provide fixed wing air ambulance services and medical transport for Individuals and Family Members, Managed Care Companies, Hospitals, Military, Health Insurance Organizations, Embassies and all other Health Care providers. Aeromedevac supports and compliments local health care districts by providing community based fixed wing services.Transport services for patients requiring specialized medical care and/or procedures at facilities too distant for ground transportation. All aircraft comply with FAA part 135 air carrier standards.

All aircraft are equipped similar to an I.C.U/Emergency Room. This allows our medical crews to facilitate care for patients who are in need of: Organ transplants, Cancer treatment, specialized surgery, Burn care, Advanced Head and Spinal Cord injury care etc.
Vacationers who become ill or injured abroad and need medical transportation to a higher level of care hospital or rehabilitation facility.
Commercial Airline passenger medical escort.
Special Event Medical standby.
Sporting Events that require specialized medical coverage.

Commercial Escort:

When a patient is stable and not seriously ill, they can be flown using commercial airlines with a medical escort to assist with mobility and medical needs. After establishing that a commerical escort is in the best interest of the patient, Aeromedevac ticketing department reserves a flight for the patient and the Registered Nurse and/or Flight paramedic and arranges all necessary ground transportation. Aeromedevac also makes arrangements with the airline for any special requirements such as oxygen or a wheelchair. The medical escort will manage the patient's medical condition and comfort during flight. Our flight teams are fully equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment to take care of any patient we transport.

International Stretcher Service:

Patients traveling internationally may qualify for our international airline stretcher transport service. This option offers a tremendous savings versus cost of an international air ambulance, while still providing the highest level of medical care for the patient.

International patients are stretchered aboard a commercial jet with full advanced life support equipment by our international medical flight crew. Our flight coordinators will manage all aspects of the international medical flight including communicating between sending and receiving physicians, gaining airline medical clearances, obtaining visas, ticketing, coordinating between international hospitals, ambulances, government agencies and scheduling. Special Events:

Aeromedevac has been covering major special events for the last 12 years. We specialize in off road races, movie productions and bicycle rides in Mexico. We can provide everything from just a Paramedic standby to chase aircraft staffed with full medical personnel and ACLS medical equipment.
