Mexico Air Ambulance, Southern / Central America Air Ambulance

As an internationally recognized provider, Aeromedevac has been providing Mexico air ambulance services to American tourists giving them piece of mind when traveling in Baja California, Central America and throughout the entire Mexican republic for the past 12 years. All Aircraft are fully equipped for any medical emergency; from Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support transports.

A fully integrated medical interior which mirrors that of an ICU in the sky; with a team consisting of a Registered Flight Nurse and Critical Care Transport Paramedic will ensure the patients' stability while en-route to the destination of your choice. Aeromedevac's friendly and experienced flight coordinators who are based at our Corporate Base of Operations in San Diego, Ca. are available 24hrs. Per day – 365 days per year. They will assist you in every step of the transport from start to finish. An initial telephone consult with the treating physician in Mexico will allow us to receive an up to the minute medical report on the patient, which we can then relay to the destination hospital in the United States.

We will also coordinate the ground ambulance transportation from the Hospital in Mexico to the airport where our aircraft will be ready and waiting to load the patient. Upon landing in the United Stated another ground ambulance will be awaiting the arrival of the air ambulance and our medical team will escort the patient to their bedside at the receiving hospital. In most circumstances patients may be accompanied by family members at no extra cost.

What sets our company apart from all other providers? -Aeromedevac will accept your private healthcare insurance as payment! We will not ask for an exorbitant sum on a credit card to get your loved one the medical attention they need and deserve.-

***Before leaving the country please call your insurance provider and verify that you have out of country benefits. Most insurance carriers will take responsibility “to the nearest appropriate treating facility”.***

What does this mean? To give you an example; if you are vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S and you suddenly feel the onset of chest pain and it is determined you are suffering from a heart attack, your healthcare provider will be responsible for your care and treatment to the nearest appropriate cardiac facility which would be San Diego, Ca.

Aeromedevac’s unparalleled working relationships with major Medical Centers and Healthcare Provider Insurances allow us to operate in such a unique and efficient manner making us your #1 Choice when traveling in Mexico.
